Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road. Straight over roundabout (St. Matthews Church) to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn left. The North Parade is on the left side in about 300 yards.

The "North Parade" is about 3/4 mile from the bus coach stations.

Leave the stations and walk north along the right side of Roman Bank (A52) turning into to Scarbrough Avanue after about 1/4 mile.

Proceed to the promenade and pier head.

Turn left onto North Parade promenade.

North Parade Guest Accommodation is on the left side in about 1/4 mile.
